Application Information for the 2012-13 School Year

You may used the 2012 admission guide below for suggestions for 2013-2014, but be advised that some information and policies may change. Updated admission information will be released over the summer. The deadline to submit the application was Friday, December 23, 2011.

Transfers: applications are considered based on openings in each conservatory class. Current conservatory openings include:

Dance: no openings

Visual Arts: possible openings in junior class, based on previous training and evaluation of transcripts. Applications will only be accepted at the discretion of the department head and admissions office, and auditions are not guaranteed after application. Theatre: possible openings for sophomores and juniors in acting and musical theatre, based on previous training and evaluation of transcripts. Applications will only be accepted at the discretion of the department head and admissions office, and auditions are not guaranteed after application. Music: possible openings for sophomores and juniors, specifically string and wind players, based on previous training and evaluation of transcripts. Applicants will be best prepared for audition (and not risk falling behind in curriculum) if they already read music.
